However the required duties are very demanding physically. It is very easy to wear yourself out and/or develop an injury."

Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (Former Employee) says"You either belong or don't. The place is backstabbing, unethical and treat their employees like utter garbage. Only people who want to be a part of a cult, love micromanaging, long hours and horrible treatment by managers should apply."

Who knows honestly (Former Employee) says"Terrible culture here. If you don't have the ability to learn something yourself then expect to be constantly belittled, under appreciated, stretched thin, held accountable for things beyond your control, asked to do contradicting task and endure the wrath of power happy management. Management at even the plant level is green here. It's headed south fast."
Consumer Relations Coordinator (Former Employee) says"A Fun place to work. There was a lot of variety in what I did each day. Enjoyed working with my colleagues and volunteering for various activities."
Pallet jack driver (Former Employee) says"in between jobs i took this one. some days were great, but some days weren't planned right. majority of employees are temps so it makes it hard to work as a cohesive unit in a warehouse."
Distribution Associate (Former Employee) says"Decent work schedule. Mediocre pay and benefit package. Petty and unprofessional management. Unpleasant working environment. Repetitive and unrewarding work. I could never recommend anyone work there, and would strongly encourage everyone to look for opportunities elsewhere."
Maintenance Supervisor (Former Employee) says"Work there 10 years and then all of a sudden I was not doing my job, funny how that came about, was some what over loaded with work and I was told if I needed help to ask when I did all refused like they wanted me to fail. I feel it was planned. I will say Thank for the time I was there I did give you all I had and this was my pay back.Free LunchesManagement."
Slitter Helper (Former Employee) says"Well it was a good place to work but when no one wanted to work or get anything done the WHATS house would get backed up and we’d run around with our heads cut off"
Material Handler (Current Employee) says"Whether the company was busy or slow, there was a constant measurement of how many tasks you performed per hour. So if there was not a lot of work, your productivity would go down, and it would count against you in your annual review. Also, if you have an issue or want to reach to HR to work towards a new position, it is not uncommon for them to promise to help, then completely ignore your questions or concerns.annual picnicpoor management, stressful workplace, lack of communication"
Chemical Operator (Current Employee) says"I just want to say that working at this shurtape has brought me money home and have some good benefits but the people/managers I work with are not the best. There’s a lot of favoritism and it’s getting to the point where the managers don’t even see what kind of hard work others are doing and aren’t getting enough credit for. These people in here will bully you. It can affect your mental health!"
Slitter Operator (Current Employee) says"Supervisors don’t care about staff and are not watching who they hire. Staff opinions do not matter. Easy going and okay place to work. Need to memorize safety meeting for future tests.Break every two hoursSupervisors don’t care"
Process Engineer Apprentice (Current Employee) says"Great job but management does not listen to operators. The pay is decent, but only can make so much. It is a great first job for some. Always trying to improve."
Product Selector (Former Employee) says"When I initially worked in manufacturing I enjoyed this job a great deal. Easy hours working second shift 3:00pm-1:30am. The pace of work was fast but the personnel made the job very fun and easy to get into a productive rhythm. After a short time I was transferred to the distribution center, along with a pay raise, and schedule change (4:30pm-3:00am) and was trained to use a battery powered pallet-jack. The work again, was not very difficult and provided well timed breaks to split up the work day into what felt like short segments. As I settled into my new position, a lot of my peers and coworkers expressively droned about lack of leadership and terrible insults to our dept. manager. It got to be even worse once people that had no direct authority over me started to bark orders when they had no right to do so. Lots of gossip in the distribution dept. sometimes made it feel like if you didn't partake in it, you were left apart from the teamwork that was often needed. I recommend working in manufacturing if you do decide to apply here, although the pay is considerably less, you do have peace of mind enjoying your job.Hours, 4 day work week, occasional free lunch.Toxic work environment."
Packer/Shipper (Current Employee) says"The company is a good, being a temp at the company doesn't pay as good as being apart of the company. A day of work starts at 4:30 am and ends at 3 pm, the workers are nice and friendly, and the line leads are easy to get along with"
Distribution Associate (Former Employee) says"The place use to be really good but that has changed since Management has but overall it’s a ok place. Takes awhile to get hired on ! And u most likely will start out on second shift !After hire decent moneyManagement"
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) says"Teammates and lower management was fun and easy to work with. There were issues with the upper management, but the environment was good. The drivers were fun and engaging."
Machine Operator (Former Employee) says"Come in hang tape then check machine for jams, load cores then run machine while boxing tape. unclog jams if neccasary and be productive."
